2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Datariot. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content Guidelines

When creating content on Datariot, you agree to:

• Only upload content you have the right to share
• Create educational, informative, or constructive content
• Not post misleading, harmful, or hateful material
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in debates respectfully and with evidence-based argumentation

5. Debate Arena Rules

In the Debate Arena, all arguments must be:

• Evidence-based and logically sound
• Respectful toward opposing viewpoints
• Free from personal attacks (ad hominem)
• Original and not plagiarized

Violation of these rules may result in Logic Score penalties or account restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant Datariot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
• Attempt to manipulate Logic Scores or engagement metrics
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise platform security

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Datariot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
